Vineyard

Our 40-hectare vineyards span the rich and diverse landscapes of Kakheti, Kartli, and Imereti, where we cultivate a variety of grape species, each carefully selected for its unique balance of sweetness and acidity. Every step in our vineyards is carried out by hand, and after harvesting, the grapes are gently transported in small crates to preserve their quality and integrity.


We embrace both tradition and innovation in our winemaking. European stainless steel tanks ensure precision in fermentation, while the revered Georgian Qvevri method preserves the soul of our heritage. Additionally, our wines and spirits are aged in French oak barrels, enhancing their depth, complexity, and character.

Wine Cellar

Located four meters underground, our wine cellar naturally maintains the ideal temperature and humidity for aging wine. Within its walls, oak barrels cradle a selection of rare and distinctive wines, each maturing over time to develop its unique depth and aroma. Every element of this space is handcrafted, built from historic Georgian brick and oak, preserving the artistry of tradition.


Here, a master winemaker regularly hosts exclusive wine tastings, inviting guests to savor exceptional vintages while uncovering the rich, centuries-old stories behind them. As you journey through the cellar, you’ll experience the seamless harmony of ancient Georgian winemaking traditions and modern techniques, making every sip a taste of history.

Wine Factory

Mosavali’s exceptional wines are crafted through a unique fusion of exceptional terroir, distinctive vineyard practices, and cutting-edge winemaking technology.


Our approach is rooted in generations of traditional knowledge, elevated by scientific processes and modernized techniques, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship in every bottle.

Marani

Based on the traditions of Georgian winemaking, the “Marani” is an essential part of the Mosavali complex.


In the cellar, the wine is aged in Qvevri, traditional Georgian vessels.

Chacha Corner – Brandy distillery Space

Our exceptional chacha gains its unique character from the grape pomace fermented in Qvevri. By combining traditional wisdom with modern technology, we create a product of the highest quality, distilled in copper distillation apparatus.


We also produce a variety of fruit brandies, using fruit distillate and water sourced directly from the winery’s well. The finished product is then subjected to ice filtration before being bottled.


At the Chacha Corner, we’ve created a welcoming environment where you can observe the distillation process, participate in a masterclass, join a tasting session, and purchase your favorite spirits.
