Saperavi Qvevri

Dark cherry-colour dry wine produced by using the traditional Qvevri method. Characterized by intense and persistent flavours of blackberry, raspberry and currants. The sharply expressed tannin combines perfectly with a light acidity to produce a balanced taste. This wine is best served with fried beef, assorted cheese and nuts.
