Description:
Goruli Mtsvane is a traditional white variety of the Kartli region with unique characteristics, grown in the Mukhran Valley. It is a dry wine of light straw color with a greenish tinge. It is characterized by rather intense aromas. Strongly expressed tones of exotic fruits, pineapple, which are pleasantly combined with the aroma of lemon . The wine is characterized by medium acidity. Aging in oak barrels gives the wine character, which is reflected in its lingering aftertaste and balanced flavor. It is best to be operative. Pairs beautifully with light salads and white meats. Serve at +8 – +10 C.

Vineyard and grapes: the vineyard is located in the Mukhran valley, in Kartli, the work in the vineyard is done manually, the grapes are harvested by hand,
Yield: Max. 8 tons/ha.
Harvesting: manual selective picking and transportation into small boxes ensures high quality. Immediately after arrival the grapes are placed in crusher machine, then the grapes are placed in a press, pressed and separated into gravity and pressed fractions, after pressing they are pumped into storage. After ripening, the juice is transferred to a fermentation tank where the temperature is controlled, fermentation takes place at 16°C – 17°C. After fermentation, 20% of the wine is aged into a French oak barrel, after the final flavors are achieved, the wine is stabilized and bottled.
