Description:
A light amber, dry wine made using the traditional Qvevri method from Chinuri grape variety. Aromas of quince, apricot and prune are pronounced. Medium acidity and tannins create a pleasant balanced flavor. It goes exceptionally well with white meat, cheese assortment and dried fruits.
Serve at +16 – +18 C.
Technical description
Vineyard and grapes: The vineyard is located in the Mukhran Valley. The vineyard is hand-operated and the grapes are hand-picked.
Yield: Max. 8 tons/ha.
Vintage: selected hand-picked grapes and transportation in small boxes ensure high quality.
Immediately after arrival, the grapes are placed in a crusher, fermentation takes place at a natural temperature of 25°C – 28°C. After a six-month maceracion , pressed and transferred into a stainless steel tank. Once the final flavors are achieved, the wines are stabilized and bottled.
