Description: Chinuri is a traditional white variety of Kartli grown in the Mukhran Valley.
Pale straw-colored, dry wine with a golden hue, characterized by intense aroma. Orange and pear tones are strongly expressed. Sparkling acidity gives the wine a special character. It pairs exceptionally well with fruit, light creamy desserts and nut assortment. Serve at +8 – +10 C.

Vineyard and grapes: The vineyard is located in the Mukhran Valley. The vineyard is hand-operated and the grapes are hand-harvested.
Yield: Max. 8 tons/ha.
Vintage: selected hand-picking and transportation in small boxes ensure high quality.
Immediately after arrival, the grapes are placed in a crusher, then the pulp is placed in a press, pressed and separated into a gravity and pressed fraction, after pressing it is pumped into the press. After ripening, the juice is transferred to a fermentation tank where the temperature is controlled, fermentation takes place at 16°C – 17°C. After the wines reach their final taste, they are stabilized and bottled.
