Chinuri Qvevri

Dry wine of light amber colour, produced from a variety of Chinuri grapes using the traditional Qvevri method. The flavours of quince, apricot and prunes are sharply expressed. Medium acidity and tannin create a pleasantly balanced taste. It combines perfectly with white meats, assorted cheeses and nuts.
